have created a guest account in my fc mobile game with my EA account and I have done this 2 times before and nothing happened until now when I checked my fc mobile account to see that my main account...

I save my account with ea account but a time I write email it goes to new account
Contact customer service via the in-game settings menu or the ea help website - they may be able to help you recover your account if it was linked to a service and you haven’t overridden it
