Accidentally spent fifa points

Hi, I accidentally spent 500 fifa points on 5 ucl challenger tickets, and I want 500 fifa points back. Can you help me?

    Hey @97zuejn3qdjt Are you playing FIFA 23 or FC Mobile?

    Also to confirm if you have spent in-game currency in either game there is not a system to reverse or refund the decision to use in-game currency and we would keep whatever was purchased.

      Hi, it wasnt confirm option it was just buy for 500 fp and i thought im getting 20 free tickets like usual, i was doing fast so didnt saw 500 fp purchase and i lost it ☹️

        @97zuejn3qdjt You can try your luck with customer service in game. I don't think any of EA staff that come here can help you.
