Not redeeming 121 overall Bellingham

Hello, I was playing FC Mobile and when I went to draft the summer stars A draft, I got a cutscene which would lead to me getting Jude Bellingham in the draft. When I clicked the collect now button, it kicked me out the app and when I went back in to the app, I couldn’t get the player. Is there anyway you could help me try to get Bellingham back on my account? Thank you

    Raise a ticket with EA help via the in-game support menu stating missing content. They should be able to check the logs.
