Big Request To The EA Team

Question

It has been several weeks since this bug has arrived and many people are facing trouble playing, i kindly request any upper staff members to inform EA’s Team Regarding this issue.

Only because of this issue i lost so much of the glorious era event and i can feel how others feel as they are facing the same issue. This topic needs to esclate ASAP.EA_Pythia

And all of the players that are facing this need to be given a compensation as this is a huge auto ban glitch(as confirmed by ea live chat support)

unfortunately, we can't help with bans here in the forum. Please create an appeal through Support, so they can forward it to get checked.&nbsp;

I just want, if you can please inform the Tos team about this issue because 500+ accounts have been affected by this bug and not all can appeal easily so a fix would be better for all affected.

As you can see in the technical issues forum day by day many reports reporting the same issue have arisen so please help the community.

I know you guys cannot do anything with the bann but I know you can forward it to the staff.
