Black screen after intro 0x0A082FFF6008EA6F81002000000007FFFFFFFF

Hi everyone,

i was playing FC MOBILE for a long time normally without any problems on an ipad 9th gen until these 3 last days.

when i open the game the intro of ea sport pop up normally and just after that i get a balck screen with this message ( 0x0A082FFF6008EA6F81002000000007FFFFFFFF ).

so i tought maybe the problem comes from the devise and i tried it on my iphone and still got the same problem.

Please help me with this issue.
