Hmm - sounds like maybe your account wasn’t linked properly … contact customer service from the in game settings menu, and see if they can check the details of your account, but it sounds like maybe it wasn’t linked properly

Hi su1vr6fhff1x,
Was your game backed up/linked to another account before you uninstalled it? Types of accounts it could have been linked to are your EA Account, Google Play, your Apple Account, Game Center, or Facebook account.
If it was, try logging back into that other account and trying again.
If it wasn't linked up, get in touch with our support team directly with your User ID. They'll do their best to help you from there.
