Champion league event (still not solved)
This existing problem has now been going on for over a week now and it’s the second time this has happened, I’ve contacted you about this problem but I’m getting no where with it.
ive tried and done everything you told me and the problem is still there, ive tried using iPad and my iPhone but the error is still there,
so just to reiterate the problem, when I open the Champions league event it goes through it’s opening credits but then the screen goes black, nothing happens, I’ve waited and waited and nothing moves on, the only way I can get back into FC mobile 24 is to delete and restart the app, I try again to access the event and the same thing happens, I’ve contacted customer service but they ( in my opinion) are not any help at all and seem to wipe their hands of the problem.
Please don’t ask me to try things again because the problem lies with EA, it’s your duty to get this solved.
just to add, when I first logged this issue I was told by one of your colleagues that they are aware of this issue and were trying to resolve it, so I understand you do know of the problem.
Trying to get assistance with this problem is extremely difficult, you get sent from pillar to post and get to a point where you think, ‘why should I bother’ it is very disappointing and frustrating as I’m missing out on lots of rewards because of this, I would appreciate if you could get this solved because I’m at the point of deleting this game forever, thanks, in anticipation of your response,
