I tried the new redeem code and due the fact that many people were using it, it to tell me try later so then I tried later and it said a player is allocated to one redeem code but I didn't even get anything cause the process failed

Code is not working
I am trying to redeem the code NEON but when I try to it says something went wrong try again I waited like 20 minutes and it’s the same thing .
we have some trobles with event last team we need fight on neon event is 107 ovr not 90 and will beat me evri time my ovr is 109 AND WE LOSE EVRI TIME
we lose all challenges because is not a teams 90 of is 108 109 ovr in neon challenges and neon event

Me i have also the same problem but it did not solve right but i am sure from the code is correct and i tried to use code neon more than one time but they said there are a problem try latter and when i tried its did not make any different
