Connection Keeps Dropping

my internet not problem..but fc mobile disconnect my internet..I'm already checked my internet wifi..I'm cannot accept this problem issue..very disappointed!!

    Hi there. I understand that you are getting disconnected while playing the game. Could you please try these steps from our FC Mobile troubleshooting guide and see if that helps improve things for you? Also, test a different network if possible. 

    1. Fully close FC Mobile and restart your phone.
    2. If you're on Android, clear the FC Mobile app cache, then launch the game again.
    3. Make sure both FC Mobile and your phone's operating system are fully updated.
    4. Test the game once using Wi-Fi and once using mobile data. This helps us check whether the issue is specific to one connection type.
    5. Close any background apps and disable any VPN, proxy, or Smart DNS service if you're using one.
    6. Make sure you have a few GB of free internal storage available.
