Connectivity Frustration

Most of the time in H2H matches it shows either connectivity issue or it just doesn't start at all, for long it shows loading and after sometime I gets out of the loading pannel to home and it shows I lost the match even I haven't seen my opponent... And in VsAttack sometimes even if I won they deduct my stars or my goals becomes zero and opponent wins the match. I want to know what's wrong?? Does EA taking revenge from me??
