EA account suddenly not linked to old game account

Why did my EA account arrive" not linked in the old game account, while in the game it is still linked, so I can't make purchases via the webstore, please explain

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. This usually happens when players sign in to the webstore with a different account than the one linked in the game. Please open the webstore in a new incognito/private tab and double-check your login details. You can also try signing in with a different email address to see if that helps.
