EA FC mobile 25- wrong demotion in manager mode of division rivals

Hi all

I was on Legendary I in manager mode of division rivals in FC mobile when the division rivals season ended on 17th Nov @8:30pm IST... Post the refresh I was demoted to Legendary III instead of Legendary II... I contacted EA support but didn't get any solution hence posting here... NEED URGENT HELP
