EA FC Mobile claiming reward in tots arena glitch

Game name - Eafc mobile 

I faced a glitch where i couldn't claim my tots arena pack even tho i didnt previously purchase it. It was the 1st time i was opening it and it still shows that i am exceeding the purchase limit please fix it asap
