EA FC Mobile claiming reward in tots arena glitch

Question

Game name - Eafc mobile&nbsp;I faced a glitch where i couldn't claim my tots arena pack even tho i didnt previously purchase it. It was the 1st time i was opening it and it still shows that i am exceeding the purchase limit please fix it asap

That happened to me last week due to which i couldnt claim my reward so no that wont work the week is gone so the reward is gone aswell sadly
