EA Points

Hello, I ordered $200 of the 2X TOP UP FC points so I should've received around 40,000 FC Points, but I haven't received them yet. I refreshed my page multiple times and even waited for a couple hours and it still hasn't appeared. I checked my bank account if the transaction went through and it did and now I payed $200 and haven't received my 40,000 FC Points.
