EA SPORTS FC Mobile – Login Loop After Email Entry (Account Issue, Not Device)

Hi EA Team,

I can’t log in to EA SPORTS FC Mobile with my EA account. When I try, the game asks me for my email, but after entering it the app restarts and loops back to the login screen.

This is not a device problem because I’ve already tried:

  • Clearing cache and data.
  • Reinstalling the game.
  • Resetting my EA password.
  • Enabling 2FA (Login Verification).
  • Removing other linked accounts.
  • Testing on another device (my brother’s phone) → same issue.

 

Because the problem happens across multiple devices, this looks like an account-side error. It seems my EA login session is stuck or corrupted.

Please escalate this to the EA Account Specialist team to refresh or unlock my account session. Regular troubleshooting doesn’t work.

  • Hi, I need some help. I already updated to EA Sports FC Mobile 26 and I was playing it for several days without any problems. But suddenly, when I try to open it, the game gets stuck on the loading screen with the logo, and only the music plays.

    I’ve already tried clearing cache, clearing data, reinstalling the app, switching internet connections, and restarting my phone, but nothing works.

    Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know how to fix it?

    I went into my secondary account (which is linked with google play) just to claim some stuff there, but then when I tried to log back into my main (which is linked through my EA account), which I normally do by just going into the settings, link account and EA account, instead of letting me pick between logging into my main account and linking my EA account to my secondary account, it just instantly linked my EA account to my secondary, which means now I can't log into my main since when I try logging into EA it just puts me into my secondary account.

    Would the solution be to clear cache and data in app settings so then when you open FC Mobile you can choose to login via EA account or other?

    I already tried that, the problem is that for some reason my ea account got linked to the google play one, which means that even logging in with ea logs me into my 2nd account

    I can't login to my EA account from my FC mobile app, anytime I do so it bounces me back as if I restarted the game but if I go to redeem code website of EA my account shows up there but not in my FC mobile app. What do I do? I have been having this issue for 2 days now please help! Please help!!!!!!!

  • Please game developers fix this, I want to link my EA account but the screen is black from the start of the update until the update is quite big, I haven't been able to link my account from now on. Exchange redeem bonus until notification especially for security my account is not connected to EA
