Error 10003 every new account after reset season

There seems to be a problem with every new account. Every time I try to claim a kick-off reward, I get error 10003. It gets stuck in the tutorial, leaving you unable to do anything except press claim, and the error keeps repeating itself. I've tried it on other devices, but it's the same.

This happens after the season reset.
