Failed to log in

Why can't I log in to my FC mobile and the code is 0x00000001

Hey there! 
If you’re having trouble logging into FC Mobile, try these steps — they usually do the trick:

  1. Before you start, make sure your account is linked so you don’t lose any progress:

  2. Uninstall FC Mobile from your phone.
  3. Open your Settings, search for Region, and change your region. Make sure it matches your location. 
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Reinstall FC Mobile and try logging in again.
