FC Mobile 60/90/120 FPS or graphics settings unavailable on specific devices

No, the phones with HelioG99/G100/G200 are not powerful enough. G99 was never fast enough, G100 is literally an overclocked G99 with added support for higher MP cameras and newer Bluetooth, hot pro+ with either G100/G200 is the same. It's still using a mediocre Mali G57 GPU on 6nm tech with 2 performance cores in the CPU. A 144Hz screen does not mean the rest of the hardware is up to par to utilise the screen refresh rate to support high frame rates.

While Pulsar will pass that feedback on, you need to be realistic about phones with 2022 low-end technology, rebranded two years later, and re-released in 25/26 as the new best thing (while it's not),  so it's effectively 4 years old tech on re-released phones with a lot of fancy marketing phrases, but still using the low-end hardware. 😉

Lastly, my Samsung S20Ultra that I bought in 2020 is still two times faster than any of the phones with HelioG chips based on Cortex A76 architecture. Let that sink in, 6yo phone 2x faster than your newly purchased phones.

I hope you are doing well. I am a player of FC Mobile and I use a TECNO Spark 30 Pro device. I would like to request support for 60 FPS gameplay on this phone.

The device has good performance and can run the game smoothly, but currently the 60 FPS option is not available. Adding support for higher frame rates would improve the gameplay experience a lot for TECNO Spark 30 Pro users.

I really enjoy playing FC Mobile and I hope you can consider optimizing the game for this device in a future update.

I am writing to request 60 FPS (High Framerate) support for the Tecno Camon 30 series in FC Mobile.

Currently, the game is locked at 30 FPS, which significantly affects the gameplay experience. My device has the following specs:

Processor: MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate / Dimensity 7020 (в зависимости от вашей версии).

RAM: 8GB / 12GB.

Display: AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate.

This hardware is more than capable of running the game at 60 FPS, as it does in other high-performance titles. Many users with Tecno devices are facing this limitation. Please add this model to the whitelist for high framerate settings in the next optimization update.

The "High Framerate" (60 FPS) option is completely unavailable or grayed out in my graphics settings. The game is permanently locked at 30 FPS, which makes the gameplay feel sluggish and choppy.

​Why this needs a fix:

The Tecno Camon 30 features a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate processor and a 120Hz AMOLED display. This hardware is more than capable of running the game smoothly at 60 FPS, and it easily runs other demanding competitive games at high framerates. This seems to be an issue with the device not being whitelisted in FC Mobile's database yet.

​Many other Tecno Camon 30 users are facing this exact same issue. Could the development team please look into this and whitelist/optimize this device model for 60 FPS in the next update?

Subject: Request to Support 60 FPS / High Graphics on Tecno Spark 40 Pro

Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the graphics and frame rate (FPS) settings on my device, Tecno Spark 40 Pro.

Currently, the game restricts me from selecting the "High" or "60 FPS" options in the settings menu, which severely affects my gameplay experience.

To provide some context, I also own a Poco M5s. When playing FC Mobile on the Poco M5s, the game runs smoothly and fully supports higher frame rate options, even though my new Tecno Spark 40 Pro comes with a powerful processor and hardware capabilities that should easily handle higher performance.

It seems that the game has not been fully optimized yet for the Tecno Spark 40 Pro model. I kindly request the development team to look into this and include optimization for this device in the upcoming game updates, enabling the 60 FPS / High graphics options.
