FC mobile app keep crashing

Hello FC mobile support team am experiencing a recurring issue with the FC Mobile app, where it keeps crashing unexpectedly. I receive a notification from the Android system stating that the app is stopping due to issues related to it.

I have already tried updating the app, restarting my phone, and clearing the cache, but the problem still persists.
