FC Mobile freezes when opening Squad screen

Hello,

I am having an issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

The game works normally, including matches, the store, and other menus. However, whenever I open the Squad/Lineup page, the entire game freezes and becomes unresponsive.

I have already tried:

- Clearing cache

- Reinstalling the game

- Restarting my phone

- Updating my device

- Changing battery settings

My device is Xiaomi 11T Pro.

The issue started after opening several player packs.

I also tested the same account on another device (tablet), and the Squad screen still freezes there as well. This suggests the issue is related to my account or squad data rather than my device.

Please check if there is a problem with my squad data or account and help resolve this issue.

    Hey folks. Could you please try the following steps and let me know if they help resolve the issue?

    1. Go to Club - Team Badge and complete the Team Badge tutorial.
    2. Return to the main menu.
    3. Go to Club - My Team and check whether the issue is now resolved.

    Please let me know the outcome once you've tried these steps. Thanks!

    Sir so how much time it will takes to solve this all because I am really struggling a lot in the game.

    Just requesting the management to solve this as soon as possible.

    Hello sir,

    The trick you told us it actually works very well and now my team is unlocked,I can easily change my lineup and everything is solved.

    Hello

    Actually im also having the same issue whenever i open the squad/lineup squad the game freezes. I need to reopen the game to play . So far i have tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data.

    Hi,

    I followed the steps and entered Team Badge. A tutorial appeared and took me to the Squad screen.

    However, when I reached the Squad screen, the game froze again before I could complete the tutorial step to add a player.

    The issue is still not resolved.

    Are you able to test that workaround from a different divce yo1123kogjb1​, or try again after clearing cache data?
