Forgot birthday date

Can someone tell me how can I fix my my issue cause a I forgot my birthday date and I deleted my FC Swan trying to sign in and I forgot it so I don't know how am I going to get it back someone told me if you know how to get back I really need your help cuz I'm my team was really special to me thank you
