Game stuck issue

Dear ea sport member

 i have been suffering from a problem that game stuck automatically even i try to play 

head to head rank matches its stuck kr say network issue automatically get out of the match when i try to log in game it says you are already in a match its happend when iam winning and automatically my star loss whats the point of playing ? Giving free star to opponents  its happening from 2,3 months 3 games and  this problem come every ltime iam tired of it 

pls fix it iam hoping you guys will read this and fix my problem and for my device info i got iphone xr i havee tried switching to better network but its still happeneing
