If your issue concerns missing rewards for an offer you clicked from the Offerwall, you'll need to create a Customer Support case directly from the Offerwall, by clicking on the specific offer in the app that served you the offerwall on your mobile device.

If you have already submitted a support request regarding a specific offer, please reply on the original issue thread you opened from the offerwall, and your ticket will be prioritized accordingly.
If your issue concerns not receiving offers on your offerwall list, please note that the display of offers on each User's offer wall is done automatically according to your app's settings.
