Glorious Era Issue..

Today i started the last game on the left side of the juventus area . So that i can claim my 400tokens and del piero avatar. But qhen i started the game , my phone just turned turn off button , it was not becuz of powernissue , i accidently preesed the power button. So when i turned on ,i was back in the game. I started playing and won and completed all the tasks required to do . But when it was time to claim the reward.It suudenly showed you have to go back to login screen.Then when i came back to the event .. i didnt even get 400token or del piero avatar.. So could you guys please tell me why this happened and how can i fix it.

Glorious era event is going to end in 4days and i have to claim The milstone reward Casillas..🤞
