Graphics and fps limited

Hello, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy M16 5G (Dimensity 6300, 6 GB RAM). FC Mobile only allows Medium graphics and Standard frame rate, while High and Ultra options are locked. Please review my device's compatibility, as I believe it can support higher graphics settings."
