Head to head UNPLAYABLE

Question

Since the past 4 days, i haven't been able to play a single head to head match in EA FC Mobile. It loads to the point till it shows "opponent found" and then it completely crashes and shuts. I have reinstalled the app twice to fix this but it was of no help. Device I'm using is Ipad 9th gen. It isn't possible to clear cache but other than that i took whatever measures were necessary to try to fix it. Nothing worked. Please assist&nbsp;

Since Wednesday night, March 5, I tried to play head-to-head matches as part of the new event quest of division rivals. However, during the second half of said matches, the EA FC Mobile crashes and as a result it was unplayable.
