I bought stuff to the wrong account and i need help

So, i went to a market, bought my first google play codes, but i didnt get them in euros as i was at turkiye for the time, my Device was a netherland one, now im living in turkiye. but i still had the money so i bought stuff to my alt account which I LOST THANKS TO MY COUISINS but i recovered my main  account back etc but i still have stuff on an account i cant reach and i want them to be transferred to my account, it might be hard tho i have the receipts of the purchases made. Please help 💀
