I can't start my game. Please help me urgently.

I need help from an ADM. Whenever I enter my game it says "Error 10000" and doesn't enter. It asks to "Make sure you have a trusted network and try again."But I have a reliable network, and I've tried changing networks and doing everything you can imagine, but it doesn't work. This problem happened last night and persists until now. I need urgent help because I would really like to play the TOTS event. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, I'm not fluent in English.

    Hey Ale58557​ Please try using both Wi-Fi and mobile data connection types. Make sure that your network is not restricted in any way. Go to the app info on your device and allow all the permissions to the FC Mobile app. Restart your device. If that won't work, clear the cache data of the game on your device and test it again.

    Thank you very much for the answer, but it didn't work, I would like to clear the data but my account is not linked, and I'm afraid of losing it forever. Is there any other solution?
