I didn't get the 3rd day compensation 117 player pick

Hey EA SPORTS..!!!

I didn't get the 3rd day 117 player pick among 5 players. I started the game more than 5 times today but it doesn't showing the player pick compensation pack. Please solve this immediately and give me my 5 player pick compensation pack.
