I have the Problem with my shooting in EA FC Mobile

Question

I have the Problem with my shooting in EA FC Mobile,whenever i try to shoot my game Froze or Exit. if i shoot off the target ,it have no problem,if i let them play automatically,the play normally and even score goals but the main concern is i Can,t shoot. i Have Contaced through customer Support but they itself sending me the links to the Solutions wher my problem does not exist there in the ALready Faced Problems by other users.
