lost fc mobile account

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a very big issue with my FC 24 Mobile account.

Here are the details:

:In game name is Theettakandi123 of 102 OVR with barcelona being my crest!

 Uid: - I dont remember or have any memory of saving it!

I used to have an account with a 102 OVR (Overall Rating) in FC 24 Mobile.
 Recently, when I try to access my account using my linked Facebook and EA accounts, a different account with a 98 OVR appears instead.
 I am certain that I am logging in with the correct credentials for my Facebook and EA accounts.

 I have tried logging in multiple times with my linked Facebook and EA accounts.
I have checked my email for any notifications or account-related messages from EA.

Additional Information

The last time I successfully accessed my account with 102 OVR was on Monday 15th July ,2024 around midnight time.

I kindly request your assistance in recovering my original account with the 102 OVR. Please let me know if you need any additional information to verify my account ownership. I have really worked hard to make that progress and have even bought 1100 fc points. Please somehow get me my account with 102 ovr.

I am also attaching some file images of my102 ovr acc i had before. Please ea i beg of you please do something and hep me retrieve my account as i have spent money. Please consider that also!
