Matchmaking Failed
Dear FC Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent and disruptive technical issue I have been facing while playing FC Mobile. Since approximately the past 48 hours I have been consistently unable to successfully matchmake in certain game modes.
The problem occurs when I attempt to play Division Rivals (H2H or VSA), or specific Event Matches. The matchmaking process fails, and a pop-up message appears on the screen stating: "INFO - Matchmaking failed." (Please see the attached screenshot for reference).
This error is severely impacting my ability to enjoy the game, progress in Division Rivals, complete daily quests/events, and participate in competitive matches.
I have already attempted several standard troubleshooting steps, including verifying my internet connection (which is stable), restarting the FC Mobile application, clearing the game cache, and rebooting my device, but the error persists.
I kindly request that your technical team investigate this matchmaking bug immediately. I look forward to a prompt resolution so I can resume normal gameplay.
