MOBILE EA NOT WORKING SINCE A WEEK

Hello people,

Since like a week I cannot access EA FC MOBILE ... I have a info Download Failed...

I tried many methods, different Internet connections, devices and even uninstall/install game back again and nothing is working...

I added screenshot of what messege comes up when I try to open the game

What's your mobile handset and how much space do you have left on it, and is your storage for FCM using the phone storage or SD card (given you marked this as an Android issue)?
