moving from android to iphone (google play to game center?)

Question

Currently, I have a broken Motorola with a precious 136 OVR team I wish not to lose. I am considering an iPhone but cannot seem to transfer my data as I use Google Play Games to house my FIFA data on the Motorola, I have tried using Facebook but it does not want merge with the data on Play Games. How can I transfer the Google Play data from my Motorola to this new iPhone I may acquire?

@hpxogi7wt1vn Facebook is generally the easiest way, but sometimes people have issues connecting.
