My ea fc mobile account otomatically linked my old 2014 ea account

Hi,my ea fc mobile account linked to my old (2014) ea account and ı can’t login it,ı don’t know mail adress or password.I only know that my old username is Robben78,and my phone number changed.How can ı unlink or change it?I want to link my new ea account to my ea fc mobile account.Please help me,ı can’t use any codes because of this,and the game didn’t gave me link ea account rewards,the task not completed ı don’t understand it too.
