Need Help Recovering Underage Mobile Guest Account

Hello EA Community Managers,

My 12-year-old child accidentally uninstalled EA Sports FC Mobile from their tablet and lost their underage guest account data.

We do not have the old tablet UID, but the exact old in-game manager name is rip_xiivoid

We want to transfer that old team onto their phone. The phone's new Level 1 account UID is 

<removed>

Can an administrator please look up our old team name on the database and help us transfer it over to this new phone UID?

    This might not be the response you were hoping for, and I'm sorry to say, but you'll need to contact live support with the account's User ID for an advisor to be able to locate that account. We aren't able to provide account-related support here on the forums, as we'll need to discuss account details.
