We're not able to help with missing content over Answers HQ. Please contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can look into this for you. Thank you.
I have done it, I talked to an advisor , they told me to open a new case for them to validate my id. And I opened another one, but I didn't get any reply.
Then , I talked to an advisor on the fc mobile application using customer service - chat with us. They've told me to report it as a bug.
I have done it as well.
I humbly request the officials to let me have my gems back, I have gone through a lot to earn this, if it wasn't the case, I wouldn't be knocking here and there all the time. Please take it to your consideration.

This is something that will need to be handled by an advisor. There is nothing we can do over Answers HQ to help with missing content.
