Problem of EA Store

Hi I wanted to tell that I bought your mini primium pass worth 10000 gems but it did not working i wasted 5 days to get so I need a compensation for the time I wasted.

    contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them that you have rewards not received - they can then check it out for you
