Problem with the purchase process

I activated Star Pass in-game 15 days ago and haven't received the rewards.
The season will end then and all my hard work will be for nothing.

    I'm sorry to hear the rewards didn't come through. Our Support team can look into missing rewards for you.

    Here's what you need to do:

    1. Grab some proof of purchase (PoP)  - check out the heading 'iTunes and App Store' for Apple purchases.
    2. Follow these steps to open a support team for help with FC Mobile cases.

     

    They'll do their best to help you with this from there.

    I'm so sorry if our support team directed you to the EA Forums for help with missing rewards. It must have been very confusing and frustrating to read my post after being directed here for help.

    Often, our support team will direct you to the EA Forums to share feedback on a feature or flag potential bugs if there's a systemic issue that requires intervention from the developers. The support team won't/shouldn't redirect you here for help recovering missing content, as we can't investigate or grant content through the EA Forums.

    They are a failed team, they don't deserve it. 15 days and they haven't solved the problem. And they're the ones who told me to come here. Neither you nor they can solve the problem. You are failures, you don't deserve it.
