Redeeming codes doesn’t work

I wanted to redeem the NEON code, but when I clicked to redeem it, it says “something went wrong. try again” so I did and it still didn’t work even when I clicked it multiple times.

    As I said to the other person,  the event is called "Code: NEON" so it's not a redeem code, I recall people being confused about it on Discord as well.
