Resource Download Error [0x000003E8] - Unable to access game

Hello EA Team,

​I am experiencing a recurring issue when trying to launch FC Mobile. A prompt appears stating "Resource Download Error [0x000003E8]" and asks me to check my internet connection or free up local storage.

​I can confirm that my internet connection is completely stable and my device has plenty of free storage space available.

​Here are my details:

  • ​User ID: 935490482471403520
  • Versi game: 27.0.04
  • ​Device: Xiaomi Poco Pad 
  • ​OS Version: Android 16
  • ​Network: Wi-Fi 6 
  • Speed internet: 41 Mbps 
  • Provider internet: STARLINK 

​I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference. Any assistance to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
