I have face this problem several times, it happens randomly. I start a skill game and it stuck at loading 100%.

Clear you device game caches and restart the device … then clear the game caches before each FC mobile session
I do that everytime, but the problem has not solved.
Are you able to try loading the game onto a different device and see if it works?
