Slow gaming control

I have noticed my game in decision River isn't fun again it's very slow and hard to control and sometimes crash I have lost stars because of this and this is not my network I believe u people need to adjust ur network for better gaming experience am using this same network for other game that I stop playing before after I downloaded this game but I have to return back to the game because of this issue please fix it
