Someone else other than me has access to my account.

    Hey coolman6969​,

    Please keep in mind that we do not permit account sharing for reasons exactly like this one. I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to return anything used here, as you would be responsible for the activity on your account.

    If you're no longer in control of your account, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.

    After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

    You can create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.
