"Starting Lineup" mission is not working.

I have logged in for almost 20 days and the mission is not getting completed. I have also been redeeming the daily login gifts everyday.

Since this has been an issue for a while and nobody has done anything about it, i'd like some help because this locks me out of missions that would end up rewarding me with almost 13000 red gems.
