I need help updating the primary email linked to my EA Account for FC Mobile.

My original Gmail was stolen in a breach, making the old email and EA password completely inaccessible to me. I cannot receive automated password reset links. I do not have purchase receipts or old device logs, as I played free-to-play and my phone was wiped.
