Subject: Glorious Players Event – Match stuck at 97% for 9 days

Hello EA Team,

I am facing a serious issue in FC Mobile.

Event: Glorious Players
Chapter: Real Madrid
Match: 2nd match (400 tokens reward)

Problem:
The match loading gets stuck at 97% and never starts.
This issue has been happening for 8–9 days continuously.

I have tried everything:
clearing cache, restarting device, changing network, lowering graphics, and playing other modes.

Other matches work fine. This appears to be a server-side event lock.

Since this is a time-limited event, please fix the match or compensate the missing tokens.
