UID from different country

Hello, I have an issue with FC Mobile 24

I'm from Egypt and never traverled abroad but my UID is from UK and when i need to buy something, there is an error because I have UID from another country and I don't know why when i was creating my account they put me in UK with this ID.

I tried to change it from my account settings in this site and done but still the same message, I can't buy anything.

Anyone faced the same problem?
