Unable to collect toty attackers rewards

Please check into the matter, I have unlocked more then 15 players, but still unable to collect rewards

    Your badge doesn't matter, your inventory stock does. How many TOTY card you have in your inventory right now?

ydj59hezyhj4​ Do you still have those TOTY players in your inventory on your account? If you only check the badge section, it may show items that are no longer available.

I have 18 active players but still cannot claim the rewards from toty attacker event.
