Unable to Make Purchases from EA Web Store

Hello Everyone!

I have an issue that I hope that someone can assist me with. I had more than 3 chats with EA support, but all I had were copy-paste answers and horrible customer service.

I'm trying to make purchases for the first time via the EA website store instead of in-game but when I try to make the purchase i get an error message saying that "I cannot make ourchases via another country's store and that i need to make via my country's store" but my region is Poland and my FC mobile account region should be Poland as well, is anyone faced an issue like this before? Can someone please assist with this matter?
I'm suspecting that my FC Mobile account is set to a different region by mistake, and if so, is there any way of checking our FC Mobile account region?

    Hey there.  This error usually means the Web Store is detecting a different country/region than the one associated with your FC Mobile account, EA Account, or payment method.

    Please make sure your payment method, device and store region settings, and current location all match Poland. Also, disable any VPNs or proxies if you're using them. Change your default web browser and test it again. 

    If everything is set to Poland and the error still appears, it's possible the FC Mobile account was originally created in a different region. Unfortunately, the account region cannot be viewed or changed after registration.
